GemnGlam ships worldwide.

  • Free domestic shipping on orders over $150

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $200

  • Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged a $28 standard shipping fee

  • All jewelry is carefully prepared and ships within 2–3 business days

  • A tracking number will be sent by email once your order is processed

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer


Returns & Refunds

Each GemnGlam piece is carefully selected and prepared with attention to detail. Our jewelry features genuine natural pearls, each with its own unique character. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you would like additional photos or close-up videos, we’re happy to assist before your order.

Return window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging and materials must be included

  • Item must show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, cosmetics, or alteration

Pearls are delicate natural materials. Handling beyond normal inspection may affect their surface and luster. Any reduction in condition may result in a partial refund reflecting the loss in value, in accordance with consumer regulations.

All returned items undergo detailed inspection, including condition verification and pearl matching. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.

Return costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A 10% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Any customs or import charges incurred will also be deducted if applicable

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and approved.


Non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Custom lengths or modifications

  • Final sale or clearance items


Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
